INDONESIAN CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR AMID COVID-19 OUTBREAK
COVID-19 caused all of us in any part of the earth to feel fear and panic in uncertainty. The lacks of guidance or advice to reduce the spread and death rates made people flocked to search for all kinds of questionable information. All of these led to the spread of miss-information and confusion. The implementation of social and physical distancing that moved daily activities inside the home certainly brings deeper confusion. Not only people felt confused, brands who planned on the marketing of their products also felt confused to deal with this situation. For this reason, in a survey conducted to 2103 respondents who were spread across Jabodetabek and non-Jabodetabek areas in the early days of the Work From Home (WFH), KG Media found some interesting insights that were able to navigate the brand in dealing with this situation.
